Ordered tile flooring online with delivery a few days later received a call from their delivery service to set up a date. Come day of delivery no one showed up,I called & apparently the rep set a delivery date a week later then what she told me. A manager did apologize & gave me a discount on my tile & left the delivery date the same. Delivery day came again & no one ever called or showed up again!!! I called & apparently it wasn't loaded, I was told they would get it to me that day,but they didn't . Next day it was finally delivered. This was a terrible experience I'll never order from them again!!
