Nice building, appearances can be misleading.... I have been here multiple times and the wait is ridiculous almost everytime. This being said, I do understand when oil creeps up every 8th grade graduate comes out of the woodwork to try and make as much money as they can. Back to the wait times, the counter is mostly knowledgeable, but has one speed "appethic crawl". This is what would cause what I believe to be the main reasoning for the complaints. If there was one place I needed to go to fill up an entire afternoon/day it would be Rush Odessa.
